Questions
Is Zomello free?
Yes: the apps and Zomello Server are free, with no ads.
Do I need an account or the internet?
No. Zomello works offline with no account. Your boards are saved on your device. You only need a network to connect your phone and computer, or to use a Zomello Server.
Does Zomello use AI?
No. There's no AI built in, and nothing is sent to any AI service. The optional AI tools only prepare text you can copy into an assistant yourself.
Where are my boards stored? Does ZomBeatz Media see them?
On your own devices (and on your own Zomello Server, if you run one). ZomBeatz Media never receives anything. See Data and backups and the privacy policy.
Can my phone and computer use the same boards?
Yes, over your home Wi‑Fi: Your computer's boards on your phone. From anywhere: Away from home.
Can several people work on one board?
Yes, with a Zomello Server: accounts, shared boards and live updates. To just give someone a copy, send a board file.
Can I keep some boards private?
Yes: a board's menu > Private: only on this device. See Sharing between your devices.
How do I get my boards out of Zomello?
Save as board file for one board, Settings > Data > Export JSON for everything, or Copy work order for readable text.
I deleted something by mistake.
Ctrl Z, or Undo on the message right after. Archived things are under Archive. On a computer, Settings > Data & backups > Automatic backups has a copy from every 30 minutes.
What does ZomBeatz Media make besides Zomello?
Zom's HaRM, a hardware and rack manager. More tools are coming.
