Calendar feeds
Show your calendar's events next to your cards in a board's Calendar view: appointments, school dates, shifts. Events are read-only; Zomello never changes your calendar.
Get your calendar's link
You need the calendar's private iCal (ICS) address:
| Calendar | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Google Calendar | On a computer: Settings > click your calendar on the left > Integrate calendar > Secret address in iCal format |
| Outlook / Microsoft 365 | Settings > Calendar > Shared calendars > Publish a calendar > copy the ICS link |
| Apple iCloud | Calendar app: right-click the calendar > Share Calendar > tick Public Calendar > copy the link (it starts with webcal://) |
Keep it private
These links let anyone who has them see the calendar. Zomello only keeps it on the board, and leaves it out of board files you send to others.
Add it to a board
- Open the board > Customize > Calendars.
- Give it a name (for example "Family"), paste the link, and press Enter or click Add calendar.
- Pick a color. Untick Show this calendar's events to hide it for a while, or remove it with the trash.
What you see
- Events appear in the board's Calendar view in the calendar's color, alongside cards due that day.
- They refresh every 15 minutes. The refresh button next to the month fetches them right away.
- Add several calendars to one board, or different calendars to different boards.
