Accessibility
Zomello can be adjusted to how you see, read and move. Everything here is in Settings > Accessibility unless noted.
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Zoom | Makes everything bigger or smaller. Also Ctrl +, Ctrl −, Ctrl 0, or Ctrl and scroll, anywhere in the app |
| High contrast | Stronger borders and text; turns off card fading |
| Reduce motion | No animations (also follows your device's own setting) |
| Strong focus outline | A thick ring around whatever the keyboard is on |
| Larger click targets | Bigger buttons, checkboxes and menu items |
| Readable spacing | Extra space between letters, words and lines |
| Underline links | Every link stands out without relying on color |
Also helpful
- Theme and density (Settings > Appearance): dark or light, and compact to comfortable spacing.
- Keyboard only: everything can be reached with Tab, Enter and Esc, and cards can be moved with Shift Space and the arrow keys. See Keyboard shortcuts.
- Never color alone: priorities, labels and late dates also have words or icons.
- Spell check works in every text field (on Linux, install a dictionary such as
hunspell-en_us). - Phones and tablets: each phone or tablet keeps its own look and accessibility settings, even while it shows your computer's boards.
